Mike Webb has over 35 years of experience working in behavioral health in in every area of the industry from licensed counseling to owning behavioral health centers. Mike is the owner of B&W Behavioral Consulting, an innovative and progressive behavioral consulting firm working with top behavioral health treatment providers throughout the country. B&W helps programs make better decisions and convert those decisions into actions in order to deliver the measurable success.

Mike’s consulting practice focuses on helping programs optimize insurance billing, create strategic programming that is reimbursable by third party payers, and showing programs how to manage the revenue cycle to ensure financial growth and stability.

Mike’s extensive experience includes being the Partner Administrator for St. George Detox, the President and Partner of Shadow Mountain Recovery, the Managing Partner of Therapia Addiction and Healing Center, and the Executive Director, Alcohol Chemical Unit of HCA Healthcare
